| Two-story house, a moment's walk from the ocean beach on one side and the tidal basin on the other, on Plum Island (Newbury), Massachusetts. We remodeled the second floor of the the house in 2001, so the upstairs is new, with large glass doors opening onto a spacious deck. The first floor has a cozy, cottage feeling, with knotty-pine paneling on the walls. There are small, tree-shaded front and backyards. |
